Construction Dorks: The Next Generation

As construction technology evolves, a new generation has come onto the scene. They bring with them new skills, but the same deep passion to change the industry and move technology to the center of construction. In the next episode of the Construction Dorkcast, we sit down with James Simpson of eVolve Mechanical and Walker Lockard with DADO to discuss the next generation of Construction Dorks—their journey from job site and in-house ConTechs, working with technology providers to build solutions that drive the industry forward, and their vision and understanding of how the technology is likely to change the way we build for their generation.

  We will also ask them about what they see as the differences between the older generation, themselves, and even those coming up after them, how the next generation of dorks are changing both the culture and tools of our industry, and perhaps most importantly, what they feel defines the next generation of Construction Dorks.
